Since 2012, alumni of color from California colleges and universities have sponsored youth leadership development conferences for students in middle school, high school and college.
Industry leaders and human resource experts share important keys to success while encouraging young people to pursure higher education and their dreams. Careers related to science, math, aviation, techonology, arts, law, business, and other areas will be explored.
College preparation sessions will also be held by invited colleges, including the University of California.
